Second Life Week 1

Using Second Life as a program to begin with wasn't easy, its clunky control scheme and robust camera movements really show the games age. What didn't seem to show its age was its poor optimization for a game 13 years old, using massive amounts of Ram god knows how it ran on pcs or desktops back then. Walking around or flying around in game although difficult really puts the scale of each area and whole regions into perspective. The vastness of some places alongside the detail put into interior and exteriors alike is astonishing. Real craft, time and effort put into some builds. Visiting once again the town of Dublin, but realistically the city because of its scale, I wondered around the crammed streets and neon lights which some paths resemble Dublin and others just have tradition Irish music blasting out onto the streets.
